Keenan is a proud Kansas City native and an unwavering Kansas City Chiefs fan. 

With a history of leadership roles, Keenan’s journey includes acting as the General Manager at both Papa John’s Pizza and Midas. Always a forward-thinker, Keenan had a dream — to start his own business. In 2021, that dream became a reality when he, alongside Chris Johnson, co-founded On The Spot Heating and Cooling.

On The Spot wasn’t just a business idea; it was a solution born out of personal need. Keenan and Chris decided to start the company after facing recurring issues with Chris’s home HVAC system. Frustrated with local services, they took matters into their own hands. On that day On The Spot Heating and Cooling was born. 

Beyond business, Keenan is a man of many talents. A gifted drummer and singer, he once rocked the stage with his band, The Safeword. When he’s not out in the field, you might find him dominating the lanes in bowling, hitting bullseyes in darts, or strategizing fantasy football victories.

But Keenan’s love extends beyond the game and the stage. He’s a die-hard Chiefs fan, cheering for the team with the same fervor he brings to all of his passions. People who know Keenan often speak of his enormous heart. A true hero in everyday life, he’s come to the rescue for many friends, embodying the warmth that On The Spot Heating and Cooling brings to every service call.
