Established by Jennifer Johnson and Chris Johnson back in October 2015, The Perfect Spot for You has grown into the largest Real Estate marketing company in the region.

We're not just about HVAC; we're a veteran-owned company. Co-owner Chris Johnson, with two tours in Iraq, even had a movie, "Thank You for Your Service," made about his platoon. Service isn't just a name for us; it's a way of life.
Spotting the Perfect Mascots
Meet our mascots! Holly Go Lightly, named after the character in Breakfast at Tiffany's, is the face of The Perfect Spot For You. And introducing Atlas, the 2-year-old Dalmatian puppy, as the energetic mascot for On The Spot. Both Chris and Jennifer have had a fondness for the breed due to the animated film 101 Dalmatians.
